As a way to promote the Inland Homes “Cash Cab” realtor event, we created a responsive email blast to explain the event, excite realtors about the event, and encourage them to RSVP to reserve their spot.
Inland Homes invited realtors from various North Tampa locations to visit their new model home inside the community, Carlisle – Villages of Avalon, in Springhill. Due to the 25 minute commute to the location, the idea behind the event was to provide transportation to the realtors. This transportation consisted of a luxurious party bus that would model after the game show, “Cash Cab.” Throughout the duration of the trip to and from the community location, the realtors were asked a series of questions and rewarded with cash if they answered correctly.
We created an easy to follow info-graphic with a step by step description of the details of the event. The email needed to make this innovative event that was based off a game show, easy to understand even for those who haven’t watched the show before. So by combining the branding of our client along with keeping the overall goal of the event in mind, we coded a very functional, but simplistic eBlast. This was sent to realtors that met the ideal location and office type. It was aimed towards larger realtor offices that dealt with new home sales. After retrieving their email addressed through telemarketing an eBlast was sent with an official ticket to the event.
