Personalized URLS, or PURLS, are designed to gain qualified leads for clients, gathering data on their target audience such as where they want to buy, when and how much they are willing to spend.
This direct mail campaign for Neal Communities was centered around the 10,000th homeowner. We utilized a special font with the persons’ name to grab attention and provide a longer shelf life. On the direct mail piece, a personalized invitation is given to visit a unique website to gain data.
Leads are then synced to the clients’ CRM to follow up on in a timely manner. This particular direct mail piece generated over 200 qualified new leads for Neal Communities.
