We created this brochure to highlight the new community of Sereno, its builders, amenities, and the surrounding area to prospective buyers.
This brochure was the first printed piece for the rebrand of the developer’s public-facing brand, which includes “The Elements,” amenities that set them apart from other communities in the area. Since its original printing in February 2016, this brochure has served as the framework for other community brochures within the same family for this developer.
One unique challenge was the newness of the community. In creating a visually appealing brochure, we chose a mix of true photos and stock photos to accurately represent the community and lifestyle without looking cookie-cutter.
The brochure was originally presented to Realtors during the Realtor preview luncheon, and then to over 150 prospective homeowners at the Grand Opening Event. It now serves as promotional material in the model homes at Sereno.
