Taylor Morrison Esplanade Event

Objective:

To introduce the product to the community, we hosted a series of consumer grand opening events. The goal of these events was to create interest and collect leads from interested homebuyers by allowing the public to tour the model homes and amenities.

Execution:

In order to target the desired demographic, we utilized radio, direct mail, newspaper, eMarketing and social media. Each event was given a unique theme with giveaways ranging from household appliances to a chance to win a car or boat. The events provided food, live entertainment, children’s games, giveaways for those present and tours of the homes. Some of the events featured hot air balloon rides and dice tables where people had the opportunity to “roll to win” big prizes such asa boat or car. These events attracted between 800-1000 people. In addition to the collection of qualified leads and prospects.
