Objective: To entice realtors to visit Waterleaf the Thursday before the community’s public block party. We sent this postcard to over 1,000 local realtors to spark their interest in the event.

This ad was sent two weeks before the event, so the realtors would receive it as we began simultaneous telemarketing to the same realtor list.
Results: Over 100 realtors attended the preview luncheon and several of those came back for the main event that weekend, some even with a client.
