Objective:

The CEA Team was tasked with the goal to increase Facebook followers and encourage engagement with fans through testimonial campaign.

Execution:

YouTube hosts 60+ testimonial videos created that feature builder’s residents on why they love their home and community. View one of the YouTube testimonial videos here:

Facebook hosted a contest which encouraged fans to vote for their favorite video which led to collecting over 6,000 new emails. Overall page likes increased from 180-5,116. Along with like, the fan engagement also increased through commenting, liking, and sharing videos.

Once winners of the social media contest were determined, eBlasts were sent out bi-weekly featuring a winning resident testimonial video. A custom Facebook Tab was designed to match the eBlast and the cover photo highlights the winning family as well.

Facebook Ads gain new followers through targeting intended audience.
