Tampa Bay Derby Darlins
Derby Darlins is an underground, quirky, entertainment and sports diamond in the rough that has all the right stuff - just needs a little bit of help lacing it all together! Misty and Stephanie gave us a great introduction to the amazing sport of Roller Derby, and we knew right away that this would be a fun project where we could really showcase our creativity. It's a league that is building a lot of momentum, with new teams popping up all across the state of Florida.
National Reality Football League
Capitalizing on the perfect storm: The Popularity of Reality TV, the Boom of Online Video and TV as well as Fantasy Football Fanaticism, the National Reality Football League represents a great opportunity for CEA to help launch a one-of-a-kind sports venture in its early stages. We were extremely excited to meet the passionate CEO and founder of NRFL, Todd, the brains behind this multi-faceted, new football league, already attracting tremendous amateur athletes and dance teams from around the United States.
Woodco Truss
A businessman of integrity who knows what it takes to build a successful company, Dave was one of our favorite candidates. He has a proven track record of being able to sell his product, roof trusses, and just needs some help getting his new business off the ground. What impressed us most was the loyalty of his customer-base, as well as the new clients he was able to start partnerships with, all in a very short amount of time. We also appreciated his ties to the community and the several boards and associations he is a part of.
Fidos Laundry
Who doesn't love animals right? As soon as we saw the web site and the unique merchandise of Fidos Laundry, we got excited about the potential for online marketing. We could tell, that this was a company that never did anything second rate. They had a very interactive and visually exciting web site and had a very professional and motivated team. Relationship and buzz-building contests, social media promotions and fun events swept through our minds; As a dog-loving company, this would definitely be a fun project!
Strong College Students Moving
Shaun Robinson was an extremely savvy businessman. Almost every initial question we had about his marketing efforts, he had thought of and tried. His business model, how he trains his staff, to his marketing materials and presentation skills were nothing short of impeccable. He had all the right parts already in place to create a campaign and run with it, which was very appealing to CEA, and a great testament to Shaun's marketing acumen. Plus, we loved the story behind the business, helping college kids get through college!
Lighting Plastics South
You never really think of the plastic fixtures used within lights; James was right. Now, we notice bulb covers and various pieces all over the place! It was clear that James was in the position to grow his company, to enhance its national presence, which was very impressive. He really knew how to sell his products within his marketing materials and definitely seemed like a wonderful person to work with. This was a new industry to us that we thought we could really enjoy.
