GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

When choosing the winner of the CEA Marketing Makeover, the final selection of the winner is the sole discretion of CEA Marketing Group and cannot be contested for any reason.

The Makeover Signature packages are written in marketing materials and on CEA web properties as simple descriptions of what is included and in general represent design and production services that are limited to a certain number of agency hours and resources not be exceeded and does not include printing, fabrication, fulfillment, placement, media planning or buying services, exemptions not limited to the list herein. Hours and resources will be strictly managed and should overages occur, projects may need to be adjusted, or in the worst case scenario, may not be completed in full. Scope of work and project parameters will be further negotiated and defined with the winner. Outlined packages are subject to change without prior notice. The value of $10,000 is based on CEA rates with an applied full-service discount. Current clients, those with jobs fulfilled in 2009, are not eligible. Ideal candidates are businesses within Tampa Bay, FL including Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties; however, being outside of the location recommendation does not disqualify the entering company based on that stipulation alone. A company may be asked to attend an interview meeting with the agency to help gauge whether a productive and successful relationship can be achieved prior to the final decision being made. The winning company will need to consent to the documentation, including but not limited to blog entries, video and photos, as well as other means of promotion highlighting the "Makeover" process as CEA will be featuring the winning company on CEA's web properties and in possible future campaigns, mediums TBD.
