The Ebook promotion overhauled the company’s marketing from the ground up, creating a cohesive strategy that has altered and improved the approach of Cardel's marketing efforts since.

Creative Process

In order to establish overall awareness and generate leads, we created an extensive homebuyer guidebook covering home interiors, technology, custom features, and savvy luxurious upgrades available to enhance and define their homes.

 

Each chapter of the guidebook explored a different aspect of the home, which in turn became monthly micro-campaigns promoting the smart upgrades Cardel Homes offers. These comprehensive micro-campaigns included:

  • Email Promotion
  • Banner Advertising
  • Live Social Media Demonstrations
  • Blogging
  • Additional Marketing Efforts

Results

Cardel has received 247 qualified leads since the Ebook has been created, in addition to increased website traffic and online inquiries.

 

Through our efforts in promoting the guidebook on social media, the Cardel Homes Tampa Facebook page has grown tremendously by 2,446 followers.
