Kelly Bosetti
CEO &
Founder

A national public speaker, active board member, and sought-after trainer in marketing and business development, Kelly Bosetti is CEA’s inspiring and fearless leader. As a Marketer with a strong background in direct and traditional marketing, Kelly’s 20+ years of industry experience and home building knowledge have helped CEA build high-level brands for clients across the board. What began as an events and promotions company in 1997, CEA pivoted under Kelly’s leadership to become one of the top digital and social marketing agencies in Tampa Bay as well as a nationally recognized agency in the home building arena. Kelly has also evolved CEA into a certified Google Partner Agency, Hubspot Partner Agency, and one of the top women-owned agencies in the Bay Area. Kelly is a proud mother of three (plus Lexi, CEA’s favorite canine intern).

Craig Laughlin, Jr.

Agency Operations

With 20+ years of business development, marketing and team building experience, Craig joins CEA as an amazing asset to our Agency. He brings in a fresh approach to building a team founded on culture, processes built on speed and efficiency and strategic integrated marketing solutions for our clients.
Craig thrives on developing strategic solutions for businesses looking to better tell their story while driving revenue. His first exposure to marketing came at an early age while his Mother sold radio advertising. An interest in understanding how businesses could capitalize on telling their story to drive business growth soon followed.
As his career progressed, he became interested in the paradigm shift that was happening between traditional marketing and digital marketing. The concept of providing knowledge and thought leadership to consumers on their own time and at their own pace was too intriguing to ignore. It wasn’t about “in your face” marketing anymore. It was now about providing value, knowledge and building trust.
Combining this level of intrigue with a desire to educate and share knowledge, his strategies and processes continued to evolve, bringing his sales and marketing career to where it is today.
As a forward thinker, in all aspects of his life. Craig focuses on the future and doesn’t dwell on the past.

Craig has a successful track record of business development on a global scale, holds several HubSpot and Pardot certifications and continues to build his skillset by pursuing additional Google, HubSpot, SalesForce and development certifications.
Craig’s biggest personal goal in life is to be a best friend, a husband and a father with a career to support it! And he’s succeeded, as he shares his life with his beautiful Wife Aly, his 5 amazing Stepdaughters Nikki, Lydia, Cadilyn, Cailey and Layla, and his hysterical dog Penny.
In his free time, you can find Craig fishing, golfing or supporting his NY rooted sports teams, the NY Yankees, NY Giants and his new Tampa Bay team, the TB Lightning.

Tom Cristello

A part of the CEA team since the beginning, Tom puts his artistic inclination and marketing skills to work every day. He began his career working for large printers and advertising agencies in New Jersey. Now at CEA, Tom is responsible for managing large projects, working with other designers, photographers and web programmers to generate eye-catching and targeted campaigns. His highly adaptable personality teamed with his management training are evident in his ability to make sure projects are done right and to his clients’ high expectations. Tom holds a degree in Marketing, Art & Design as well as Adobe, Google and Hubspot Certifications. Oh, and no matter what you need, Tom can either do it, or knows a guy for that. Just ask.

Ben Simon

See it all, do it all. Ben makes sure that all our accounts and projects–from the smallest jobs to the largest, all-encompassing strategies––are executed to the best of CEA’s abilities. Ben utilizes our deep resources to make sure every project is on-budget, on-time, and of course, above client expectations. Ben mainly focuses his time on both external account management and internal project management, working directly with clients as well as the CEA team to ensure maximum efficiency across all platforms. Ben is certified in Google Adwords, Hubspot, and Agency Operations.

Taylor Hoffman

After spending many days wandering the halls of Leo Burnett where her grandma worked, Taylor left her native Chicago and moved to the Sunshine State to pursue a career in advertising. She graduated from the University of Tampa in 2018 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. At CEA, Taylor manages multiple accounts, works with the team develop Inbound Marketing Campaigns, and ensures her clients are being found online! A creative spirit and people person to the core, Taylor helps keep CEA clients happy while improving their brand image, setting goals, and building strong relationships along the way. She holds multiple HubSpot Certifications as well!

Glen Hosking is a creative director with more than twenty-five years of industry experience. His passion for advertising is an infectious force that sweeps through every creative department he has managed. Glen has been at small agencies most of his professional life, so when we say, “He’s just about done it all, worn just about every hat, and penned copy for just about every medium,” we mean it.
He’s been a creative director, an agency owner, a marketing director for a professional soccer team, an on-air representative for a luxury watch company, and even a stand-up comic. And his client experience? It’s as diverse as it gets. Here are just a few of the brands Glen has worked with. Tampa Bay Lightning. Disney Vacation Club. Loews Hotels. Curaçao Tourism Board. Robert Hedges

Originally from the United Kingdom, Bob comes to CEA with over 18 years-experience as an Art Director working on global brands in both traditional and digital media. During his career, he’s had the opportunity to work at international agencies such as Leo Burnett in Greece, as well as creative shops across America. From real estate developers to Bowl Games, Bob uses his creative acumen and experience on CEA’s diverse roster of clients. Bob holds a BA in Communication Arts, and his work been recognized by his peers, having won prestigious industry awards. Bob loves to sail and travel and rarely uses British jargon like “Bob’s your Uncle”.

Chris Michalik

Designer

A graduate of Florida State University, Chris has worked as a Graphic Designer at Visit Tampa Bay and Tech Data, which included working on blue chip clients such as Microsoft, HP and Cisco. At CEA, Chris is responsible for design production, as well as logo, print and display design. Chris also has an integral role in web design, coding for websites, and emails. He is Hubspot Certified and is pursuing Hubspot Design Certification. Chris lives in downtown St. Pete, and is an avid Tampa Bay sports fan, runner, and volunteer camera operator for a local high school football team. Chris originally hails from Scranton, PA, home of “The Office”.

Eddie Martinez

Eddie joins CEA as the Digital Marketing Strategist after spending time at Explore Inbound developing websites built for content marketing following stints at Hype Group and Phoenix3 Marketing. A web developer by nature, Eddie’s professional career has encompassed Inbound Marketing Campaigns, Rebranding Campaigns and marketing automation. Finding a niche in local markets, most of his work can be seen in local businesses in Tampa Bay and non-profits across Florida including Green Bench Brewing, Made Coffee, Bodega, and Action Coach Tampa Bay. His professional achievements include:

A lifestyle blogger with deep experience in real estate, Monica’s responsibilities at CEA include creating social media campaigns, Facebook advertising, creating content and posting on various social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Instagram. Our real estate clients love the fact that Monica is a real estate broker with more than 20 years of new home construction and sales experience, having worked with national homebuilders in marketing and sales. She has received numerous awards for exceeding a sales volume of 25 million dollars. Monica is Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certified as well as Hubspot Content Marketing Certified. When she’s not writing or helping people find their dream home, you can find her exploring local eateries as a self-proclaimed foodie.

An accomplished graphic artist and photographer, Vania is a business student at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg. A design graduate of State College of Florida, Vania has a deep love for the arts and hope to inspire others with her work. At CEA, Vania helps with design production work, graphic animations, and client photoshoots. She hopes to one day travel the world with just her camera.

Over the course of the last 10 years, Liz has worn many hats at CEA. Ready to take on any challenge, her roles have included working as a change artist, production manager and event manager. Currently, Liz is the agency’s bookkeeper and office manager. Detailed oriented, she works behind the scenes to make things run smoothly and efficiently. Inbound and HubSpot Certified, Liz loves the daily challenges of working at a high-energy agency like CEA. It always keeps her on her toes. Curious by nature, Liz likes to garden, watch movies and attend concerts of all kinds.

Stephanie Billiris

Mid-way through college, Stephanie found a passion for the business world. At CEA, she lends a hand to the department that needs one most and assists with general administrative tasks as well as office operations. As a junior in college, Stephanie looks forward to continuing her business studies and seeing where it leads her in the future.
