Sam Rodgers Magazine Ad, Spring 2016

Objective:
To reach move-up buyers who are looking for a more luxurious home in the Venice, FL area

Concept:
We created a parallel between luxurious European brands, lifestyles, and the builder. Just as brands like BMW, Gucci have stood the test of time, so will the style, quality and luxury of your new home.

Execution:
This ad was part of a multi-ad run in the Sarasota Herald Tribune, in addition to other area publications. We chose newsprint because of the high distribution and readership among our target market: middle to aging move-up buyers.
