CEA Marketing Group is a 28-year digital marketing agency specializing in homebuilder, real estate, and service-based business marketing. We serve clients nationwide across industries including luxury home builders, real estate professionals, dental practices, and other service-based businesses. Our small, agile team delivers comprehensive marketing strategies including website development, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and video production.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to become the critical bridge between our clients and our fulfillment team. You'll be the CEO's right hand sitting in on all client meetings, managing day-to-day client relationships, and ensuring our team delivers exceptional work on time. Purpose of This Role

To serve as the critical link between CEA's strategic vision and flawless client execution ensuring every client feels valued, every project delivers measurable results, and every team member has what they need to do exceptional work.

This role exists to:
  • Protect and grow client relationships through proactive communication and strategic thinking
  • Free the CEO to focus on high-level strategy and business development
  • Drive operational excellence across all client projects
  • Develop into a future leader within the organization

Outcome-Based Responsibilities

Client Success & Relationship Management
  • Attend all client meetings alongside the CEO, taking detailed notes and tracking action items
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client questions, updates, and concerns
  • Proactively communicate project status, preventing clients from having to chase updates
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
KPIs: Client satisfaction scores, response time to client inquiries, client retention rate
Project & Team Coordination
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the fulfillment team
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate between web development, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising efforts
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews before client delivery
  • Keep project management systems updated and organized
KPIs: On-time delivery rate, revision requests, team utilization efficiency
Strategic Support
  • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and client presentations
  • Research competitors, market trends, and industry developments
  • Help prepare proposals, reports, and client deliverables
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and service offerings
KPIs: Quality of strategic contributions, process improvements implemented

Required Skills & Experience

Platform Expertise (Required)
  • GoHighLevel: Proficient in CRM management, automation workflows, pipeline management, and campaign execution
  • HubSpot: Experience with CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and integrations
  • AI Tools: Strong proficiency with AI for content creation, research, strategy development, and workflow automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Project Management Tools: Asana
Digital Marketing Knowledge (Required)
Must have working knowledge across all core digital marketing disciplines to effectively manage implementation teams and client expectations:
  • Website Development: Understanding of WordPress, website structure, UX principles, and development workflows
  • SEO: On-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, keyword strategy, and AI search optimization
  • Email Marketing: Campaign strategy, automation sequences, deliverability, list management, and nurture workflows
  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), retargeting, audience targeting, and budget management
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision making
  • Social Media Strategy: Content planning, platform-specific strategies, community management, and paid social
  • Video & Podcast: YouTube channel strategy, podcast production workflows, video content planning, and distribution
  • Event Activations: Planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, open houses, and experiential marketing
Core Competencies (Required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management
  • Proven ability to take comprehensive marketing strategies and manage implementation from start to finish.
  • Experience managing fulfillment teams, freelancers, or vendors to meet client deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,client-facing experience required
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)you'll be on client calls daily.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver who takes ownership.
