CEA Marketing Group is a 28-year digital marketing agency serving homebuilders, real estate professionals, dental practices, and other service-based businesses. We create comprehensive marketing strategies for our clients, and now we need someone to bring the human side of those strategies to life.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and making things happen in the real world.

The Role

We develop detailed marketing strategies for our clients, but great marketing isn't just digital. It's also about handshakes, phone calls, community events, and face-to-face relationships.

As our Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Coordinator, you'll take our strategic plans and execute the human interaction side. You'll be on the phone setting up partnerships, out in the community delivering materials, planning events, and building the relationships that drive real business results.

This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into full-time for the right person.

What You'll Do

You'll work across multiple clients, executing the relationship-building and event components of their marketing plans:

Outreach & Partnership Development
  • Make outreach calls to set up partnerships and collaborations (senior living facilities, hospitals, corporate HR departments, relocation companies)
  • Visit realtor offices, HR directors, and relocation coordinators to deliver materials and build relationships
  • Deliver gift baskets, incentive packages, and promotional materials to key contacts
  • Follow up with past event attendees to re-engage them
  • Pitch clients for speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and panel discussions
  • Engage with local Facebook groups and online communities to promote client events
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and coordinate homebuyer seminars and open house events
  • Organize community events, lunch-and-learns, and educational workshops
  • Coordinate vendor collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Plan CEA agency events including client appreciation gatherings and networking events
  • Attend events to represent clients and capture content
Research & Opportunity Development
  • Research and identify trade shows, expos, and community events where clients should have a presence
  • Find sponsorship and booth opportunities at local events
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities (businesses, organizations, influencers)
  • Research speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and thought leadership opportunities for clients
  • Track and report on outreach activities and results

Example Client Work

You'll work across multiple clients, executing the relationship-building and event components of their marketing plans:

Homebuilder Clients:
  • Deliver welcome packages to relocation directors at major employers
  • Visit realtor offices with builder information and incentive sheets
  • Call past model home visitors to invite them to upcoming events
  • Plan and execute homebuyer seminars and VIP preview events
Dental Practice Clients:
  • Set up educational events at senior living communities
  • Reach out to hospital HR departments about employee dental programs
  • Coordinate community health fair participation
Wellness/Fitness Clients:
  • Plan and execute community wellness events, workshops, and open houses
  • Build partnerships with complementary local businesses
  • Coordinate studio events, member appreciation events, and special promotions
  • Identify local events and sponsorship opportunities
Second Sol Studios:
  • Plan and coordinate studio events, workshops, and community activations
  • Build local partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities

  • Identify sponsorships, community events, and visibility opportunities
CEO/Thought Leadership Clients:
  • Research and identify speaking opportunities at conferences, panels, and community events
  • Pitch and book clients for podcast appearances and interviews
  • Find networking events, industry gatherings, and visibility opportunities
  • Coordinate community involvement and charitable event participation
  • Help position CEOs as thought leaders in their industry
CEA Marketing Group (Agency Events):
  • Plan client appreciation events and networking gatherings
  • Identify industry trade shows and conferences for agency visibility
  • Coordinate sponsorships and speaking opportunities for agency leadership
  • Help build CEA's presence in the Tampa Bay business community

Basic Qualifications
  • Based in the Tampa Bay area
  • Reliable transportation (you'll be traveling throughout the region)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong phone and in-person communication skills
  • Comfortable with basic technology (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening or weekend events
  • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event supplies
