CEA Marketing Group is a 28-year digital marketing agency specializing in homebuilder, real estate, and service-based business marketing. We serve clients nationwide, delivering comprehensive marketing strategies including website development, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, video production, and more.

What You'll Learn

You'll get hands-on experience across every aspect of running a marketing agency:

Outreach & Partnership Development

Client strategy and relationship management
Digital marketing execution (SEO, ads, social media, email, content)
Website development and project coordination
Video production and podcast/YouTube strategy
AI tools and how to leverage them for marketing
Business development and client acquisition
Team management and vendor coordination
How to actually run a profitable agency

Basic Qualifications

Based in the Tampa Bay area (this is an in-office position)
Willing to travel locally to client meetings and industry events
Reliable transportation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools
Familiarity with social media platforms
Basic understanding of marketing concepts (formal education not required)
Interest in AI and how it's changing marketing

Bonus Points

Any experience with digital marketing, even personal projects or internships
Exposure to real estate, home building, or service-based businesses
A side hustle, personal brand, or entrepreneurial project you've worked on
You've already been playing around with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
