We’re seeking an experienced Account & Project Manager to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This hybrid role combines client account management with project management, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget. You’ll be the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and external vendors—balancing strategy, execution, and relationship management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Develop and manage campaign strategy and campaign development across both digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee digital projects including websites, SEO/SEM, social media, paid advertising, email, and CRM/automation campaigns.
• Coordinate traditional projects including event planning, media buys, print, and brand campaigns.
• Lead event coordination, vendor relationships, and freelancer management.
• Provide training and support for clients and internal staff on HubSpot and GoHighLevel platforms.
• Apply AI tools and workflows to streamline marketing, reporting, and campaign management.
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work for multiple accounts.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights using digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
• 5+ years of account management and/or project management experience in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
• Strong background in both digital marketing and traditional advertising.
• Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel (ability to train others is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with applying AI tools in marketing workflows (content generation, analytics, automation).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and client communication skills.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a contract-to-hire position.
• Contract rate: $35–$40/hour
• Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is the opportunity to transition to full-time employment at $65,000 annual salary.
• Full-time transition may also include reinstatement of benefits as the agency continues to grow.
